Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Join the team of a fast growing and top rated tourist attraction in the Louisville Metro area. As a customer service representative you will be taking reservations, checking people in for all activities, processing gift shop purchases, assisting in answering phone calls and more. We looking for people with great attitudes that are very customer friendly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Utilize Cash Drawer
- Utilize ticketing system
- Typical 8 hour standing shift
- Answer Phones
- Assist in cleaning chores
- Assist in restocking gift shop shelves
Qualifications and Skills
Previous cashier and customer service experience preferred but not required.

Zip Line Guide/Rope Course Monitor
Job Summary
Become a Zip Line Guide and Ropes Course monitor for the number 1 tourist attraction in the Louisville area. Lear how to safely give zip line tours through the Mega Cavern and assist our guests through the Mega Quest aerial ropes course. This is a physical and very rewarding job opportunity with a very flexible schedule.

Job Summary
Work in areas such as Security, Parking and Cashier nightly from Nov 15th through Jan 3rd. Choose at least 15 nights that you can commit to. Monday through Friday 5pm-10pm or Close. Saturdays and Sundays 4pm-10pm or Close. All training is done on site. Must be at least 18. Contact us for more information.
